Company Formation
We provide one-stop company formation services across all 50 U.S. states, covering LLC, C Corporation, and S Corporation setups. Our full-process service ensures speed, compliance, and accuracy. The package also includes company name search and EIN (Employer Identification Number) application.
Foreign individuals can also register a company in the United States—U.S. citizenship is not required. Many states do not require the applicant to reside in the U.S. Not having a Social Security Number (SSN) does not affect your ability to obtain an EIN; passport information is sufficient.
Typically, applicants without an SSN will receive their EIN in about 10 business days. Applicants with SSN or ITIN often receive their EIN on the same day.
After your company is formed, you will receive the following official documents and materials to ensure you can legally operate, apply for bank accounts, file taxes, and conduct business smoothly:
1. Articles of Incorporation / Articles of Organization
Issued by the California Secretary of State, this is the legal document proving your company is officially formed in California.
-
Corporation (Inc. / Corp.) → Articles of Incorporation
-
LLC → Articles of Organization (Form LLC-1)
2. Filed Copy (State-Approved Copy)
A stamped or electronically approved version returned by the state after processing. This confirms your company is officially active.
3. EIN (Employer Identification Number) Documentation
Issued by the IRS, typically as CP 575 or EIN Confirmation Letter.
Required for bank accounts, tax filing, hiring employees, and most business operations.
4. Statement of Information Filing Receipt
If we submit the Initial Statement of Information on your behalf, you will receive the confirmation record from the California Secretary of State.
5. Corporate Bylaws or LLC Operating Agreement
We prepare and provide these documents.
They are required for company governance, bank account setup, and recording ownership agreements.
6. Organizational Minutes
A record of key corporate actions taken at the time of formation, such as appointing directors and issuing shares.
7. Stock Certificates or Membership Interest Certificates (If applicable)
-
Corporations: shareholders receive stock certificates.
-
LLCs: members receive membership interest certificates.
